Another Santa Sighting

Last Saturday we went to our ward Christmas Party at church and believe it or not.... Santa was there too. Megan could not believe it. She let out a high pitched squeal followed by a nervous giggle, looked at me and said, "Mama, it's Santa! He is everywhere. I thought he was busy, but he came, he came."
I told her that after she finished her dinner she could go up and talk to him. I have never seen Meagan eat her dinner so fast. Not one complaint when I said two more bites and you can be done. She gobbled them up and was beside the table saying, "come on, come on, let's go." She was so excited. She pulled me and her two cousins; Emma and Savanah up to go see Santa. The line of 4 kids seemed like a million. She was very politely telling people to excuse her she needed to get through to go see Santa. When I told her she needed to wait by me she said ok, but could those kids get out of the way so she could see him.
She was finally at the front of the line and on her way to see Santa, only because she had pushed someone down and beat some in a running race. She had made it to Santa. She stood in front of him and said hello. She asked for a hug and Santa scooped her up and proceeded to ask her what she wanted for Christmas. She said a Teddy bear, a baby doll, and a puppet. Her list seems to keep growing along with her love and admiration for Santa.

That's hilarious. Elizabeth has a hands-off approach to Santa, while Emma eagerly shouts every time we see HIM. Can't wait to see you guys!

She is so funny! Where are you guys now? We came back to Rexburg after a summer of hard work and adventures and you seem to be gone - even though your picture is still in the ward directory. Where'd you go?!

We will be back at the end of the month. Same apt. Sam had an intership in Washington. But We still have a couple years of school.
