Daddy's Pants

We were trying to get Megan to get dressed so that we could go run some errands. She refused and ran around the house. I said "Megan, why don't you want to get dressed?" Megan replied, "I don't want to wear my pants. I want to wear Daddy's pants." So I said okay and this is the results...

She thought she was so funny. She ended up rolling on the ground laughing and saying that Daddy has flipper legs. That's so funny.

She eventually decided that her pants would fit better and she changed.

Funny girl!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

So, I have been trying to put a video on here, but I cannot get it to work.
For now this will have to do.

Growing up I remember hearing the story about St. Patrick's Day and how we would put a potato on the front porch and in the morning when we would check... GOLD!!!! Like magic the gold would be there. Sam and I have decided to carry this on tradition. Megan was so excited. We got the potato ready and then she was in bed asleep before we actually put it outside. We have lots of cats around our apartment so we didn't want anything to happen to it so we were waiting. Well, I put it out for her. And the Leprechauns came and put her gold on the hook so that the cats would not get it. I just love traditions and the excitement of children. Little pieces of Heaven.

Jungle Playland

We went to Washington last month to visit and while we were there we met up with our cousins Emma and Savannah and Aunt Becca and Gramma and Grampa or "Papa" as Amy says at Megan's favorite playground. She would go everyday if she could. Here are some pictures of our adventure to Jungle Playland. Grampa and the girls climbed through the playland a hundred times... laughing and sqeezing through the ringers, flying across the zip line, playing in the drum room and going down all of the slides.
Amy loved it all. She loved the maze the best. She and Grampa would slam into the dividers and as they moved out of the way out came a belly laugh- everytime. What fun!
Grampa and Bishop went down the blue river slide with all of the girls.
I even managed to get in a picture or two.
Becca held Savannah who held Amy.

Svannah and Megan playing in the balls.
Grampa and Megan fillining up the ball tank so that the balls will rain down on them. It takes a long time.

A cousin hug. We miss Emma and Savannah.

Gramma came too, but managed to miss the camera. We had so much fun and 3 hours flew by before we knew it.
